Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

Note: During peak periods or for specific items requiring special preparation (technical equipment), this processing time may be extended. We will inform you by email if this occurs.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY VERIFICATION

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the merchandise.

If the package is damaged: We recommend that you refuse delivery or make specific reservations with the carrier.

Notification: Contact us within 48 hours at contact @ spynergiehandicap.com with photos of the damage so we can process your request and open a claim.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including local VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Spynergie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
